Frequently asked questions

BuyingHow much is a complete audit?

A complete audit is a one-time $19.99 payment. It is not a subscription. Checkout is securely hosted by Stripe.

Getting startedWhat is included in the free preview?

Enter a public website address for a free preview. It checks one public page and shows a small set of visible findings. No login, password, or site access is required.

ScopeWhat does the complete audit check?

The complete audit reviews up to five public pages and organizes practical next steps from bounded public evidence: response and performance signals, search and metadata, accessibility-oriented signals, passive security-header signals, privacy and trust signals, domain and email trust, public technology implementation, and customer-journey signals. It does not inspect private dashboards, source repositories, payment accounts, customer records, authenticated flows, or server configuration.

ScopeDo you need access to my website or an account?

No. OneClick Audit does not need a login, password, or account access. It only reviews public pages. We never change your website or access your account. Customers or their chosen professionals make any changes.

ResultsWhy does a result say Warning or Not checked?

Warning deserves attention and human review, but it is not automatically a confirmed failure. Not checked means there is not enough supported public evidence. Not checked does not mean Fail. Info is a non-problem informational observation.

Getting startedCan I see an example report?

Yes. View the sample report at /sample-report.html to see the report format and examples of practical next steps. A sample is illustrative; your result is based on the public pages checked for your website.

OrdersWhat is the refund policy?

Read the Refunds and errors policy at /refunds.html for the current rules. It covers service-side failures, completed digital reports, and verified duplicate payments. It does not make an automatic refund promise for dissatisfaction with an evidence-backed observation.

Getting startedWhat kind of website can I submit?

Submit a public HTTP or HTTPS website. Targets that are unavailable, authenticated, prohibited, oversized, or outside hard limits cannot be reviewed. OneClick Audit does not bypass access controls, credentials, challenges, or paywalls.

ScopeWhat can’t OneClick Audit guarantee?

OneClick Audit is a bounded public-site review. It does not certify accessibility, WCAG, ADA, legal compliance, privacy compliance, security, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. It is not legal advice or a penetration test, and it does not guarantee results.

OrdersHow does the included rescan work?

Each completed paid audit includes one free rescan. It is limited to the same normalized domain, is available for 30 days after the completed paid audit, and is consumed only after results are durably accepted. Unavailable or non-comparable evidence is not claimed as fixed, regressed, or passed.

ResultsWhat if my website is blocked or cannot be checked?

If a target is unavailable, authenticated, prohibited, oversized, or exceeds a hard limit, the audit stops instead of retrying without limit. OneClick Audit does not bypass access controls, credentials, challenges, or paywalls. A paid service-side failure is handled under the Refunds and errors policy.

OrdersI need help with a specific order. What can I do?

Keep your order reference and review /refunds.html for the current order and error-handling policy. Automated support cannot look up orders, access payment details, issue refunds, or receive card numbers, passwords, or sensitive credentials. No inbound support address is published here because a working support route was not verified in the source.

PrivacyHow is my website information handled?

Review the Privacy Policy at /privacy.html for current information-handling terms. Do not send passwords, card numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive information through automated support.
